To obtain your conference badge, you'll need to follow these steps:
1. On the first day of the conference, go to the registration desk.
2. Scan the QR code provided to you via email by Eventbrite.com when you purchased your ticket.
3. One of our registration volunteers will scan the QR code, and you'll be given your conference badge.
4. Your badge will grant you access to enter and exit the conference venue throughout the event.

Can I book a hotel through the conference website?



Yes, you can book a hotel through our conference website and receive a special discount rate exclusive to conference attendees. Please note that if you book through the Aliante Hotel website, you will pay the full price. It's important to mention that while we facilitate the booking process, Immanuel's Temple (the organizers of the conference) are not responsible for any issues that may occur after booking. Any concerns or issues with your hotel reservation should be handled by contacting the Aliante Hotel directly.

Is there parking available at the conference venue?



Yes, parking is available at the conference venue. We have ample parking space to accommodate all attendees.

How is my registration confirmed?



Once you purchase your ticket on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite.com. This email will contain your ticket, which includes a QR code. You can download this to your Apple Wallet, take a screenshot of the code, or print it off. You will need to present this QR code to enter the conference venue.

What is included in the registration fee?



Entry and exit to the conference venue throughout the event, allowing you to attend all sessions and events.Access to attend four classes of your choice, taught by professionals, based on the conference schedule. These classes cover a variety of topics and are designed to enrich your knowledge and experience.Access to three of the power night services scheduled during the conference. These services are powerful times of worship, prayer, and spiritual impartation that you won't want to miss.

Is there a cancellation policy if I can no longer attend?



Yes, if you need to cancel your registration, please contact our office on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM at 702.818.4285. Our team will assist you in facilitating the cancellation process.
